In addition to traditional tacos, enchiladas, and burritos, this restaurant offers unique combinations of classic Mexican ingredients. Seven different salsas are available, including citrus salsa made with orange, pineapple, and cilantro. Out-of-the-ordinary dishes include sweet potato flautas with a filling of shredded duck, and lamb taquitos. Guacamole is prepared tableside using a giant mortar and pestle, and is served with warm chips or, upon request, warm tortillas. A good list of reasonably priced Chilean and Argentine wines are available by the glass, and the margaritas continue to be a favorite with diners.
