This is our favorite restaurant anytime we wish to get together with friends and head out for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere is wonderful,the owner and his restaurant staff unfailingly friendly and the food never disappoints. How can someone have kivedtheir lives to this point without tasting Peppino Puffs? The pasta dishes are all so good you can close your eyes and point to a menu item and it will be superb. Large portions of food for not alot of money and a wide selection of menu items as well..and don't sell the sandwiches short. This is "our place" and if you get a group together and really havean enjoyable time before heading downtown or to a local neighborhood event, this is your starting point. - Laura Benson, 05/08/2008
The Chicken Limone and the Fusilli with Asparagus would have been sensational had they not been overly oily. The Asparagus dish was advertised as containing Peccorino Romano but we couldn't detect it. The Fusilli with Sausage was quite tasty, however, the Mozzarella drizzled atop was quite sparse. When ordering these dishes for delivery, be forewarned that not only is no salad included, only one small piece of bread per person is sent, and without butter, napkins, etc. Perhaps the cook was having a bad day.......perhaps I'd try this place one more time - their menu appears quite bountiful.
