I was at Bleu on Saturday April 20th. I'd have to say it was quite the experience. I'm not real sure if I was pleased with the service or not. You'd expect that with a 20-dollar cover charge that the bartenders and doormen would treat you like they wanted you to be there. The bartender told me that if a drink took to much time to make she wasn't going to make it, I ended up with a beer. If you’re going to go, make sure you’re on the VIP list. Even though it was just as insane to convince the doorman (JAW), that I was on the VIP list along with 20 other of my guests, I wouldn’t have even wanted to deal with the regular admittance line. At one point during our 45 minute wait the doorman told us to either get



in line or go home. Things seem to be in a bit of disarray. There seemed to be to many cooks in the kitchen. I should be bias since my cousin is part owner, but I figure if that’s how I felt when leaving I thought of how others may have been treated that night too. I understand that everything was relatively new with it being the first night open to the public, and maybe my expectations were a bit high. I left feeling like I had been ripped off.
