This buddy's (the dearborn store) has gone down the drain. Every time I go there, which is about 3 times a month-the pizza is dried out because the pizza is burnt. I love buddy's pizza and I can not believe that such a good company would let these horrible practices take place. Every time I complain I am brushed off. They ask me if I can wait while they make more pizza. I am very busy and can not wait, that is why I call ahead. I am sorry to say that I may not come back. It is a shame that I will have to travel 25 minutes to the store on plymouth rd. When i live 5 minutes from the one on michigan ave. I keep getting told that they never know if the cheese shipment will be dry or creamy. They say that they are always changing the temp of the oven to compensate but I do not believe it. I have gone to this store 10 times in the last 4 months and order 2 or 3 pizzas each time. I have not had one good pizza in all this time. I have gone to the store on plymouth road and farmington 3 times in the past 4 months and have had great pizza every time!!!!!
