On August 1, 2002 my family and I came to the Crab Shack to enjoy a nice evening, never having been there we were looking forward to it. I ordered the fish and chips and a side of snow crab. Not only did the dish make me sick all night but when I called my bank this afternoon I found out that someone, possibly the server, added a 20% tip to the bill. She had been left a generous cash tip on the table but someone had decided to change the bill I had signed. I attempted to contact a manager but was told to call back later since they were too busy.
