I decided to check this place out during my lunch break. A good use of Dark blue hues and wood along with a hint of contemporary design greet your eyes upon entering. The dining area is large and open with a stage on one corner to accomodate the nightly live entertainment while the opposite side is one made of windows overlooking the Detroit River and Canada. I was promptly greeted and given a seat in a nearly empty dining room. Scanning the menu, appetizers average $9. The lunch menu is $8+ and at the opposite end several entree's chime in above $30. Menu items range from salad, sandwiches and pasta, to lobster and filet mignon. I ordered the Tempura of Wild Mushrooms appetizer ($9) and the Ambassador burger which I requested medium rare (also $9). While the appetizer came in a timely fashion and was delicious it took forever to get my burger, around a half hour from the time I ordered it. When I did get the burger it was entirely cooked through. After the server asked me how my meal was and I explained the situation with the burger, he offered to get me another one.
