The Camelot on south 13th st. what can I say.. It's not the same.. We walked in to the bartender hosing one of the girls down with the water gun. It was a little slow when we got there, so the bouncer waived the cover (bonus) and we drank $2 beers! It's still no prized club, but we had a good time, the people were friendly, and we felt safe there. Dispite the change in the neighborhood, the security seemd to be in full effect and they wern't a$$holes. They could prob. do a better job on the bathrooms, but overall it was friendly, cheap, and we had a good time. The girls are getting better too. I don't get a chance to go out much, and we hit a couple nudy bars that night. The camelot wasn't the best, but I would go there again for sure. It kind of felt like a normal bar, with girld dancing. The Camelot has really undergone a lot of changes in the past year, and if you haven't checked it out as of late, give it a shot. I visited there last saturday night, and I had a blast, the girls looked alright and the drinks were pretty reasonable concidering 'strip club pricing' What a hell of a time! - Dominic Giuffre, 03/24/2002
