Was there for lunch on Sunday, April 18. Had some local radio DJ screaming and making his own comments (some borderlne inappropriate) to a baseball game that was on over his own personal microphone. Waited 40 minutes for the days' special - a double cheeseburger about the size of one from McDonald's and that was lukewarm at best. Potawatomi's reputation for dismal customer service certainly extends to their restaurants as well. My husband and I ate there on New Years Day. It was the WORST service I've EVER had. We ordered our drinks, appetizers and dinner after a 1/2 hour wait for a table. We received the appetizers after waiting for another 1/2 hour. Everything was good so far. When we recieved our meals 45 min later my steak that I ordered to be cooked medium was served to me bloody and completely burnt on the outside! We requested that a new one because the burnt taste was so horrible. Eventually 2 hours after we first sat down, my husband had finished his dinner and I still hadn't received mine! Needless to say our drinks, appetizers and his meal was $40. They overcharged my credit card on top of things! I wouldn't even recomend my worst enemy to enter their bar!!!! - Jacki, 01/04/2009
