Located in the Pfister Hotel, this is a step above the typical hotel restaurant. A lovely setting provides the backdrop for American dishes prepared with a modern flair. Start with a Caesar salad prepared tableside, or one of several delicious appetizers. A changing menu ($13-$27) may include fennel-crusted salmon and the rack of lamb.
