HammondK whats with the personal attack? You should use your consumer purchase power to not support a restaurant if you feel that way and keep the personal vendetta at home. This establishment has been around for 23 years and feeds generations. Ted is inviting and makes the atmosphere more like a family then most restaurants I've ever been to. If your palate requires something more distinguished then this time tested establishment you can feel free to take the short drive to downtown Milwaukee where nobody knows your name, your regular order, and you can pay for it too. - 82, 05/03/2011
Just had two AWESOME cheese burgers from Chucks. Don't know which is better...the deep dish sausage pizza or the burgers. Both are great. Just like always. - Chris, 04/26/2011
To TED: most recent owner,. I have been visiting this establishment for over 35 years, of course, previous owners......... This evening (4/9/11) I ordered from their expanded menu, I have several complaints. ( PS I will never go there again/and everyone else I have shared with) OH< hey ...what ever happened to the shutdown, due to a filthy dirty kitchen...Ted....get out of the business, you don't know what is going on.......... 1.. The Worst soups....2. Order a simple hamburger, and they don't have the smarts to have a hard roll or similar to hold it up/everything falls apart... Forget ordering anything "Italian" they have no clue and his cooks are George Webb experienced. I would like to see him just go out of business and let someone experienced take over, so they do not embarass Thiensville anymore. I've been going to Chuck's for many years and enjoy the Sunday breakfast and their deep dish pizza. The staff is very friendly and the owner, Ted, always has a happy and inviting greeting. The food is ample, good and satisfying. A good bet for mainstream food and ambience. - dan b, 01/05/2007
