3/29/02; We had a really unpleasant experience at 'Georgy's tonight. Their advertised 'salad bar' contains no lettuce products, & the bar is now called a pasta bar. Both of us ordered the fish fry. We did not ask for seconds on the fish, and neither of us finished our first helping of the fish. However, when we wanted to take our uneaten fish home, we were told no doggy-bags were allowed at all on Fridays. The waitress asked someone in charge at the restaurant, but we were told once again, no taking home of uneaten food. We paid our bill and then left; WE WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN, EVER!! The food we did eat was nothing to write home about, service was marginal, the place was not clean, & the 'pasta' bar did not even look appetizing. We suggest driving right by Georgy's and heading toward McDonalds for their filet-o-fish.
