Eager, friendly service. Call ahead, as everything is cooked to order. I recently visited with 2 other people - there were no other customers, and our meals took 45 minutes. Excellent chicken tandoori - shami kabab is a good starter - and the ony one that day as they were out of everything else. Garlic naan's stuffing tasted of the pre-minced, jarred garlic, but the tandoor-baked plain naan was great. Bihari Kabab had great spice, but chicken masala was more like chicken fajita with peppers and no cream in the sauce. Tasty, though. Will return to try kofta curry and perhaps the mutton (what they call goat - I think...that's what the menu says) biryani. Also - the best mango lassi I've ever had. Need to clean up the dining area a little - maybe add a framed picture or art on the stark white walls, and get simple flowers for the tables. - jessicazee, 04/06/2003
