Why isn't this Class A building, one of the cities tallest and best, not illuminated better at night. You'd think you would want to attract more attention to the property by making it stand out better at night. Milwaukee does the poorest job adding energy to it's buildings and making the downtown area more impressive to citizens and visitors. The building should be lit from the 20th floor (2nd tier)up.
