Very dumpy bar. Questionable staff. Paid for a $14 tab w/ a credit card, gave $3 tip, total $17. Bartender gave herself $17, probably by altering the receipt. Poker game very small and not very competitive. Cops sit across the street and wait for people to leave the bar because of the location. - Tom J., 11/10/2007
