We have been to this excellent establishment numerous times, alone, as well as part of groupd of eight more. Without exception, the food has been absolutely wonderful. Wonderful by standards that have been matched by one or two other rest. in the entire TC area. The beet salad is a must. Entrees vary regularly and delight the palate. Trust me on this one....Three Muses is a must visit in the south metro. Thomas may have been looking for Aquavit decor and may be unable to deal with anyone serving food in something other than a starched, whte shirt. Ask for Ian as your server, as you will notice a big differnce in service. This is the only rest. in MPLS to receive a Wine Spectator award in 2003.
