Keegan's Irish Pub and Restaurant Announces FREE Fourth of July Entertainment Festivities! Music, food and fireworks-watching on the 4th make this Irish pub the Twin Cities' most American destination. Twin Cities residents looking for the best place to ring in the Fourth of July will be flocking to Keegan's Irish Pub and Restaurant for the most American celebration in town. In addition to providing an ideal place view the popular Minneapolis fireworks show, Keegan's will be hosting live outdoor music for no cover charge. Festivities: 11 a.m. Pub opens (including a large tent behind the building), 11 a.m.-close Keegan's offers good 'ol American hot dogs and BBQ burgers, 5-7 p.m. Molly Mahr and the Disbelievers perform free of charge, 8-10 p.m. Test Site 67 performs free of charge, 10 p.m. Minneapolis fireworks show and Joel Schaan and Molly Mahr perform inside until close.
