Annual 1/2 Way to St. Patrick's Day celebration and fish fry. All net proceeds from the fish fry event on September 16 will be donated to the American Diabetes Association. The three-day, tent event will also feature FREE, live music including: Kissers, Erin Rouge, Wild Colonial Boys, Locklin Road, and more. Biggest Fish Fried will take place Saturday at 6 p.m. Keegan's is the only Twin Cities pub that celebrates St. Patrick's Day four times a year. Having hosted a 1/4-way to St. Patrick's Day party on June 17, the 1/2-way Festival, the 3/4-way to St. Patrick's Day celebration will occur on Dec. 17, and the final celebration on St. Patrick's Day itself. Founded in 2002, Keegan's Irish Pub and Restaurant was the first Minnesota establishment to meet the Guinness Brewing Company's strict IPC (Irish Pub Concept) standards for authenticity. - Jennifer M, 04/15/2007
