The South Beach Diet in a Box Cafie from Kraft will brave snow, sleet and rain to brighten diet season and deliver delicious and nutritious foods and fitness tips fitting the principles of the best-selling diet. This 35-foot long, warm, sunny beachside cafie is encased by floor-to-ceiling Plexiglas windows and includes a luscious white-sand beach, complete with palm trees, shade umbrellas and a beachside snack bar, serving tasty South Beach Diet foods from Kraft. For 4 days, the beach will visit various locations around the Twin Cities. Part of the Winter Carnival; celebrity fitness experts will make appearances.
