I was at the Cattle Co. restaurant in Circleville, Ohio yesterday (05/28/2006). Ordered prime rib and it was the strangest piece of prime rib I had ever seen. Did not care for the seasoning on it either. What cut of meat do you use for prime rib? - lynda, 05/29/2006
