Chock Huie, owner/chef of China Taste, made the best Kung Pao Beef I've ever eaten. Spicy, sweet, peppery, and no cheap celery in it! Served with perfect white rice in a covered metal serving dish. Too bad he never told anyone how to make this wonderful dish. I am still suffering withdrawal symptoms for lack of eating this. DDR - Delta Doc Roger, 05/26/2004
