Went to the Fireside last night. The waitress took our drink order and gave us menus. Fifteen minutes went by and she never came back. I left the cash for the one beer I had and headed to Applebee's. Fireside not only lost out on the $35.00 I spent last night but also any future business from me. They don't have time for me and I don't have time for them. You must have to be a regular to get service there, I noticed those the waitress knew had no problem placing orders - BOBV, 08/17/2005
