Joe's is a neighborhood classic. The Loring Park neighborhood has called Joe's its home for years. It has a great rooftop patio and the menu is diverse enough to satisfy all appetites. Joes Garage is waaay over-rated. Appetizers were good, but spendy. A 'bar pour' mixed drink was 4.95! This was their 'drink special'! Save your house payment for your house. Even if you could afford a drink here, youll never find a place within 3 blocks to park! - Danny, 12/18/2003
