December 5, 2006. There were 2 in my party. We walked up to the 'Please wait to be seated sign'. We were first in line with only one other couple in the restaurant. A conference must have let out because a long line extended behind us shortly after our arrival. Instead of seating us the hostess let the others go by making us wait. Then finally cutting though the long line, she seated us. She took our order then we waited, watching all the others go through the buffet line and getting served their drinks right away. Finally my coffee came. Even later our food came. My burger was almost warm with the cheese already hardened from the cool temp. There were hardly any fries for the price of the food. My friend ordered a pop which was about 6-8 ozs worth and didn't get offered a refill. I was nauseated from the food afterwards. They did void the ticket out but the owner stated that their food comes out within 2 minutes. A burger just doesn't get that cold that quickly.
