I used to work at the Pannekoeken Huis on Brooklyn Blvd. in Brooklyn Park. I was very sad to find out that it went bankrupt. Especially since our managers didn't call us. 4 years later we have just received our final checks (for less than anyone expected). They've also just torn down the building to make room for an auto parts store. Too bad. That was my first job and by far my favorite place to work and eat. - Former Employee, 02/27/2001
