I have eaten Ronnally's pizza for years. I choose them over any other pizza place because of the toppings — nowhere serves 'em fresher or piles 'em higher than Ronnally's — and the fabulous sauce. The quality of the food, from the pizza to the mostaccioli to the garlic bread, is always excellent. And on the rare occasions they have made a mistake, Ronnally's has been respectful and courteous. - Tanner, 03/31/2005
Ronnally's Pizza is the best pizza in the twin cities the service is wonderful... I have been a customer of Ronnally's Pizza for 27 years... and I have never had a problem at Ronnally's the pizza is fantastic and also the baked Mosticcioli is out of this world.... every one who is in Woodbury should visit Ronnally's Pizza it is worth the trip - Doug, 07/18/2002
I have ordered from Ronnally's pizza twice and both times they have given me horrible service. The first time I ordered from them they told me to pick-up the pizza in twenty minutes and when I got there, they were just throwing the pizzas into the cooker so I had to wait another twenty minutes. The second time I ordered from them for pick-up. When we got there, they told us that they did not ever get a order from us and we must have called the wrong pizza place. I showed them their ad from the Woodbury Press and they said sorry. They did not offer to cook them up right there or do anything for us. They thought that we were wrong still. A pizza place that does not offer good customer service or try to assist you when some miscommunication occurs is not worth ever going back to. I was just amazed that they assumed that we were wrong. Good customer service is hard to find and I will never eat at a place where I get treated that bad again. - Chad, 01/07/2002
