I went to Tryg's for dinner on Saturday night and was WOWED! The place was beautiful, the food outstanding and the service prompt and friendly. They had an outside firepit, perfect for a cold winter night. I'll be back. Next time with a group of friends. - Ray Z, 02/21/2007

I thought the food was good, and the atmosphere was excellent. That being said I thought the prices were very high. There are a lot of other places in town that you can get great atmosphere and great food, without breaking the bank! Dont Waste your Time! I went there last Sun.for the first time and will never go back.My girlfriend & I Waited to be seated for 10min at the hostess (host) station by the door.Inspite of staff walking by, no one acknowleged us, We then went in the Bar area in hopes of being seated,NO BARTENDER behind the bar!!! The Bartender did materiaize from a customers table (where he was seated) to turn down the blaring TV, he went behind the Bar long enough to turn it down,and promptly returned to the table where he was 'Chatting' At this point we left,after being ignored for20 plus Min. This place is outstanding. The menu is well thought out, preparation is the key to this kitchen's success. The service is young but professional. The music, while one-tracked, is beneficial as it takes the edge off of the work day. The architecure is cavernous yet comfortable and attention to detail is noticeable in the service.
