Grazie offers terrible service, with food that is only ok - not worth your time. I went with two friends on a Thursday night around 8:30pm and there were four other tables seated in the dining room. We were happy to sit and chat so we didn't mind the length of time it took for our waiter to stop by. By the time he did we were ready to place our drink and food order, but after ordering a bottle of wine our waiter took off while my companion was in mid sentence with our food order. So we waited another 5 minutes for him to return with the wine before placing our order. We were also seated next to the thermostat, which read 80 degrees...a little too hot on a summer night in a small space with a wood oven. After sweating through dinner, we waited with our credit card on the table for 10-15 minutes while the entire staff ran around cleaning, mopping, and putting chairs on the table. If they weren't so busy trying



to close (and it was only 9:45) we might have received some attention. We left at 10:05 with 3 other tables still seated in the dining room, surrounded by tables with upside down chairs on top. Lousy food, Lousy service, Lousy ambience and Lousy Management. We had a reservation at 730, finally seated at 830. Ordered Pizzas which looked good coming out of the oven (while we were waiting we got to see most every variety) But they were salty, Chewie, and overcooked. The crust tasted burned. I had the shishkabob which had a wine foil on the skewer. Pointing this out to the server she simply said 'eiouuuu, i wouldnt eat that' took the plate away and brought the check (no comp, apology or anything else) Told management about the poor experience with service and food and he said 'sorry we're very busy and dont have time to follow up if you have a complaint' WOW what service Order Dominoes and get a bottle of wine from your local liquor store - the experience would be better - Rudy D, 11/05/2006

I went to Grazie the other evening with some friends; we found it too hot, too noisy and the staff and manager were snotty and uncooperative. There was no pasta on the menu; how can a pizzeria not have pasta!!! - Janet R, 07/25/2006
