This highly anticipated restaurant is now open on the Venetian's Restaurant Row. A walk-in wine cellar encased in water helps lend an ocean feel to this modern dining room. California-inspired seafood offerings include classic dishes and innovative creations, such as caviar with customary garnishes, grilled lobster with herb butter, and stone crab claws served at the raw bar. Other menu items include pan-seared filet mignon served with truffle aioli, and butternut squash soup with apple compote and duck confit. Lounge opens daily at 4 pm; bar open Sun-Thurs 12 pm-1 am, Fri-Sat 12 pm-2 am; restaurant open Sun-Thurs 5:30 pm-11 pm, Fri-Sat 5:30 pm-11:30 pm.
