Famous California chef Bradley Ogden recently opened this Caesar's Palace restaurant, his first outside of the Bay Area. The emphasis is on farm-fresh, regional American cooking. In addition to a 60-seat lounge, the room boasts a patio dining area that faces Caesars Colosseum. Open nightly for dinner 5 pm-11 pm.
