My parents went when Liberace owned it and liked it then even though it was pricey. Since the Carluccio's bought it, the food is better, the prices reasonable, the portions large and it is a 'must go' every time we're in Vegas, which is at least once or twice a year from the Boston area -it's my favorite Italian restaurant in the country! My mother says the Shrimp Scampi is the best she's ever had and although I used to experiment I found the chicken ciaccatore on the bone my absolute favorite dish! My husband and I heard about Carluccio's from a fellow gambler at the Aladdin. We hadn't picked a place to go fro our Anniversary Dinner yet, so we figured we'd give it a try. Eve though we had to take a cab to get there, it was well worth it. The food was amazing and the prices were reasonable. The portions were
