This place located inside the main Chinatown mall used to be very good. The restaurant has since changed ownership and chefs. The menu has stayed the same but the quality has suffered a lot. For example, the Kung Pao chicken used to be very flavorful and spicy. It's now just spicy. Their cucumber salad used to be made to order and very crisp, fresh and tasty. It's now pre-made, refrigerated, soggy and uninspired. The pan-fried dumplings are still good but I think that dish is hard to mess up. I used dine here a couple of times a wk.
