Don't let the name fool you. They have really great Cantonese style food. Fresh seafood from their live tanks. Great selection of Dunguness crab, live shrimp, variety of fish depending on their delivery. Opened till 2AM!!! Way better quality and prices than what you will find on the strip. Must order the salt & pepper crab. Lightly fried dunguness crab tossed w/ addictive jalapeno, garlic, salt & pepper goodness. Their Walnut shrimp is the best I've ever had. Their live shrimp can be prepared steamed and dipped in soy sauce. Or have the live shrimp stir fried w/ soy ginger scallion which is awesome. Keep in mind the live shrimp is cooked and served w/ the heads and shells intact cause that's where all the flavor comes from. Also consider ordering one of their live fish and having it steamed w/ ginger scallion sauce over it. They do that very well. They do get crowded at peak hrs but if you're willing to wait you'll be well rewarded. Or you can just call ahead and do takeout. Definitely a great find in Vegas. - vegasfoodie, 02/28/2008
