Located in the Hilton, an elegant and eclectic atmosphere pave the way for the gourmet Chinese food. Signature dishes include Kung-Pao chicken, orange beef, and spicy salt and pepper shrimp. Begin your meal with an appetizer such as crispy fried wonton, Peking style roast BBQ pork loin, pot stickers, or a combination appetizer platter for two. Whet your whistle with a bowl of wor wonton, egg flower, or hot and sour soup. Most entrees are in the $15 - $18 range and include half Peking duck; spicy tomato beef; Garden Dragon House chicken which is a sliced chicken breast sauted with snow peas, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and Chinese vegetables; and ma po tofu which is a stir fry of minced pork and hot bean curd in a hot spicy sauce.
