We had lunch today at this restaurant. For starters, it took us 10 minutes to get water. Then another 10 minutes to get a waitress to take our order. She came back and said what my husband ordered was not on the menue and suggested something different. He said ok. Another twenty minutes passed and we got our order. He did not get what he wanted, plus we had about 3 minutes to eat before we had to go back to work. When we complained, the manager made us feel like we were in the wrong. She said we should have gotten up and gone to the front and complained. I have been going to this restaurant for years, but this will be my last time, mainly because of the way we were treated by the management. - jjw, 12/20/2004
