Chef Takashi Yagahashi's casually elegant Japanese restaurant features genuine teppenyaki and robata cooking, as well as sushi and modern Japanese fare. Menu items include salads, soups, noodle dishes, seafood, and chicken dishes, as well as salmon shioyaki for $22 and signature braised 'kurobuta' short ribs with fingerling potatoes, shishito pepper, cippolini onion, quail egg, and soy-ginger caramel broth for $24.
