I have been eating at the Omelet House locations in Las Vegas for about 15 years. Their food is always very good. The Nellis location (now closed) was the best for atmosphere but now the only location I eat at is the Charleston one. All of the food is good, but don't miss the Pumpkin Bread...breakfast there without is is unthinkable. I would love to have the recipe for my home use. - Cindy S, 11/15/2005
