Since opening in 1999, this restaurant has received accolades from Zagat, Las Vegas Review, Bon Appetit, and more. A decor of Southern-charm-meets-European-bistro paves the way for menu items ($20-$40) such as roasted rack of lamb with kalamatra-olive mashed potatoes, and BBQ shrimp with Maytag bleu cheese. A tragedy of hype. Amateurs playing at the pro level. This married couple have consistently over extended themselves in an attempt to compete with real cooks. Their food is sometimes tasty, but their dishes are overly complicated and not complex. Mixing ingredients, ethnic traditions, and cooking styles is tricky business and 'ideas'cannot replace the need for kitchen comptitence. A real dissapointment. - droth, 10/18/2004
