The Fairmont Hamilton Princess is the official Host hotel of the 2003 yacht race from Charleston to Bermuda yacht race.

Bermuda Day ;
Marks the first swim of the year for locals as the sea temperature increases to over 70 degrees.
A public holiday on Monday May 26th, various celebrations take place on May 24th including a marathon, floral parade with bands, dancers and the Bermuda Gombeys.

Queen's Birthday ;
Queen Elizabeth II has her real birthday on April 21 but her official birthday is always celebrated in June with a public holiday.
There is a formal military parade in Hamilton.

Bermuda Big Game Classic ;
One of the sport's greatest fishing events; scheduled on a full moon guaranteed to make the big fish bite.
