Hibiya Park
This is a great park, located just west of Ginza/Hibiya. You can peruse the statues, monuments, and floral displays in less than an hour.
Of interest is a replica of the Liberty Bell, given to Japan by MacArthur, after WW II.
There are also a few bar/restaurants in the park with outdoor seating.
